Led by Jacarrea Garraway, 18 year-old student at Boston Latin Academy.

In February of 2016, Jacarrea hosted series of workshops for 8 high-school aged girls to discuss women and the media and teaching the tangible skills of film-making.  The workshops took take place over 5 days (20 hours), and participants will learned story-boarding, film editing, and screenwriting to empower women's leadership in the currently male-dominated film industry.  You can check out the class' first short film on Youtube!  In the fall of 2016, Jacarrea will begin her studies a New York University to pursue her career in the film industry.
